What kind of yoga do we offer?
We offer many yoga types including Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, Ying, Gentle, Hatha and programs for kids from age 2 up to Teens as well as Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga
What do I bring with me?
We recommend practicing in comfortable clothing and allow for layers in case the temperature would change and also to stay warm for final relaxation. We also recommend bringing water.
How do I register?
You can register on site prior to your class and in advance for class series/workshops etc. At this point we don’t offer on line registration for any of our programs and we accept cash, check and debit/credit cards on site and via phone.
Can I come with my children?
Yes. Our studio is truly unique and allows for an opportunity to bring your children with you during kids yoga discovery room hours and for diversity of kids/family programming.
Do I bring my props/mat?
We provide all props for yoga class but most students bring their own personal mats for practice.
Are all the classes drop in?
We offer all adult yoga classes and kids yoga discovery room on a drop in basis and we also offer specialty classes in 4 and 8 week series. Please note that you can still drop in for a series class.
Why yoga is so beneficial?
Yoga is known for its healing and therapeutic benefits. Some wonderful benefits of Yoga include: improves mental, emotional & physical health, improves muscle tone, strength, flexibility, balance and overall well-being, helps to reduce stress and alleviate many common chronic conditions including high blood pressure, back pain and many others.
Gentle reminders for optimum practice:
Yoga practice is best done on an empty or nearly empty stomach.
We recommend practicing with bare feet and allowing for layers of clothing as your temperature may change throughout the practice.

Where do I park?
Parking: there is abundant parking around our studio (side streets, parking lot behind the building, side and front parking spaces)
Arrive to a class 15 min. prior to your class to allow enough time for registration if needed and getting yourself comfortable.
Try to speak quietly and walk lightly when entering the studio. Find your space in the room and settle in.
Come to yoga with open heart and mind and willigness to learn and explore. Release all expectations and open yourself to the endless possibilties of yoga and enjoy the process.
